ABSTRACT

Dr. Roger Allen, the owner of Instructional Design and Evaluation (IDaE Inc.) was sitting in his office trying to determine the next project for him and his two associates, as it had been a slow two months. Four years previously, Dr. Allen had opened IDaE after working for eight years teaching instructional design as an adjunct faculty member at Desert Ridge University. However, he had slowly come to realize that what he enjoyed doing most was providing instructional design and evaluation consulting services for clients. In the past year, Dr. Allen and his two associates, Ayla Gunes and Grant Ellis, completed two separate evaluations for a community foundation, as well as an instructional design and development project for an online nursing degree.
