ABSTRACT
Which criteria can drive the technoscientific advance? Can human
rights represent these criteria, and how can we draw down from
them a concrete guidance for research and innovation? This work
attempts to answer these questions and to provide a robust
theoretical framework, as well as a concrete tool, for governing a
technoscientific progress boosted by emerging technologies.
