ABSTRACT

To date, it is well documented that nanotechnology is playing a pivotal role in advancing nano/bio/info technology by creating new interfaces between multiple disciplines. It provides new opportunities for high-density integration in information technology, engineering as well as for other major medical needs to advance human health (Bhushan, 2012 ; Lyshevski, 2014 ; Somasundaran, 2015). Based on evident progress in the synthesis of colloidal semiconductor QDs with relatively narrow size distributions within a few percent, rational shape-engineering, compositional modulation, electronic doping, and tailored surface chemistries, these nanoobjects as well as nanoassem blies based
