ABSTRACT
First discovered as a distinct entity in 1963, Noonan syndrome displays consider able variation in expression, and the phenotype changes with age. The cardinal features are short stature, congenital heart disease (predominantly valvular pul monary stenosis), mild intellectual disability and a characteristic facial appearance with a broad or webbed neck.
