ABSTRACT

The Need for Change Management IT executives today are faced with many challenges. Those challenges include global competition, economic constraints, and increased customer demands for service and quality. These challenges require constant attention and action on the part of the organization. IT executives are called upon to implement new technologies, reduce costs, implement process improvement initiatives, and promote an atmosphere of creativity and innovation. More often than not, organizational and operational change is part of the ongoing strategy to remain competitive. It calls for a dynamic culture that is constantly evolving to stay successful and competitive.
