Solution Preparation

Quantities for a 100 ml preparation: 40 ml of Tris 0.25 M + 3.25 ml of NaCl 180 g/l + 10 ml MgCl2 50 mM + enough water to make

a nal volume of 95 ml + adjust to pH 9.5 + enough water to make a nal volume of 100 ml. With the mixture of these quantities, the nal concentrations obtained are: 100 mM Tris, 100

mM NaCl, 5 mM MgCl2.
