ABSTRACT
Each of the building trades possesses unique traits, responsibilities, intricacies, and coordination issues. Despite this, there are many issues that they have in common. In some cases, these commonalities are applicable to selected trades, while in others they are common to all. These commonalities and the best ways to manage them on a construction project will be described.
