In the ELINK (EU Workshop on Linking Aquatic Exposure and Effects in the Registration Procedure of Plant Protection Products) decision scheme (Figure 2.1), the higher-tier risk assessment procedures mentioned in Box 4 refer to toxicokinetic and toxicodynamic (TK/TD) modeling approaches.
