ABSTRACT
We really do need to reform health care financing and delivery in America. We obviously can’t afford to be on the path we are on now — headed for a cost level for health care that will make our industries uncompetitive in world markets and our government entitlement programs either insolvent, crippled, or so expensive that they will ultimately consume the entire federal budget and seriously impair most state budgets.
