ABSTRACT
In most organizations, a “team” is defined as a group of people assembled for a specific purpose, usually to complete a given project or task. Anytime one of these groups is formed, there is an inherent expectation among the organization’s leadership that there will be teamwork between the members, yet merely assigning a group of individuals who work for the same organization to the same group does not create a team.
