ABSTRACT
We consider in this chapter only nuclear reactions induced by 7 -quanta, which are called photoneutron reactions. To describe the process of nuclear reconstruction under the action of an incoming particle, we have to know the properties of nuclei in the ground and excited states, as well as the conservation laws that govern nuclear reactions.
