Taking into consideration the similar features during solid solution decomposition, the

phase transformations within grains of M g solid solution are considered together for the

M g - R E systems with rare earth metals of the cerium subgroup, for systems with the rare

earth metals of the yttrium subgroup, except Y b , and separately for the system M g - Y b .
