INTRODUCTION
Since the introduction of laparoscopic adrenalectomy in 19921 its use has be come increasingly widespread. The advantages o f removing adrenal glands laparoscopically are related to the small incisions used in this procedure, resulting in decreased length of stay, decreased utilization of parenteral pain medication, and earlier return to functional status.
