Roaming and Interconnections are complementary practices that have been adopted by Service Providers to meet their customers’ requirements and also to optimize their CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and/ or OPEX (Operational Expenditure) costs owing to the usage of third-party infrastructure to deliver a service to end users.
