ABSTRACT
A control system is an interconnection of components that provides the desired system output for a given input. The object to control is called the plant, while the device to generate the input to the plant is called the controller. The control system is most often based on the principle of feedback, whereby the controller adjusts the input to the plant so as to keep the deviation between the desired value and the actual value of system output as small as possible.
