ABSTRACT
Male sexual predators are a distinct breed of individuals who usually prey on young victims and have no specic gender preference. Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan (2006) has stated that “sexual assault is a crime that does not discriminate; it knows no racial, economic, or age barriers.” ese sex o€enders blend into a victim’s environment just waiting to see how their intended target will react; they will seize the right moment to take advantage and control of the situation.
