ABSTRACT
A Chief Project Manager is approaching the delivery of the product for testing. The verification and project personnel identify the steps and specific tasks needed to accomplish this system verification. While the project was off target considerably in the original WBS and the project was indeed late, there was opportunity for growth. Project management for many organizations is the set of activities that reduce the risk to the organization in achieving its goals while improving efficiency. One of the principal objectives of project management is to minimize risk to the organization and specifically to the project’s objectives. Like the design for assembly, we integrate the design and development work with the manufacturing endeavors of the project. A project is undertaken to deliver material costs for the product line. We can use the design for assembly tools and the product teardown to understand how the assembly of the product is achieved.
