ABSTRACT
Enabling creativity in a project environment does not come easily. While it sometimes occurs spontaneously without any help, more often than not, the environment must be conducive for creativity to occur. Identifying some of the challenges and constraints that inhibit creativity goes a long way in helping to foster it in the project environment.
