Energy Recovery Techniques for CNT-FET Circuits

Current transport equations for CNT-FETs shown in Fig. 7.1 have been discussed in detail in our recent work [6,7]. In addition, we have used a Meyer capacitance model [7-9] to characterize dynamic response of CNT-FETs [7].
