ABSTRACT
Customer focused procurement options were briefly introduced in Chapter 3 in
relation to innovative landlords such as Landflex, MWB and Regus. We believe that
customer focused landlords offer significant strategic advantage to their customers
and this is explored in this chapter and in Ca se Study 1, which examines the
Bruntwood approach.
