ABSTRACT
As teachers of geography we are able to draw upon a very rich variety of resources. The resources that we use and the ways in which we use them help us to bring what we teach alive. As such they have an important influence on pupils’ interest and motivation to learn. The quality and suitability of the resources that we select and the ways in which they are used by pupils are critical factors influencing whether learning is successful or not.
