ABSTRACT
Every teacher is aware that teaching children can be both difficult and demanding. Without the correct skills, attitude and resourcefulness, pupils will invariably start to take advantage of particular situations and start to disrupt classes. These disruptions can be very time consuming. They can also affect the learning and well-being of the whole class, including pupils who are able and those with special educational needs or additional learning needs alike.
