ABSTRACT
LUIS MIGUEL USUGA For the last 30 years Colombia and its theatre have been playing out the same
drama to the same script. The war which has affected us for more than 40
years now has had different protagonists: the State, the army, the drug
traffickers, the guerrillas and the paramilitaries. However, they have all
implacably pursued the same target, the ordinary citizen.
