ABSTRACT
Most people are accustomed to asking the question ‘What will the new technology do?’ very few are inclined to ask ‘What will it undo?’Then I think we have to ask the question ‘Who will be the winners and who the losers in any new technology?’ because all technological innovation is a Faustian bargain – it giveth and it taketh away, but not in equal measure.
