16.1 Part 21 of the CA 2006 sets out the provisions on the certification and transfer of securities. It is divided into two Chapters. Chapter 1 is concerned with general provisions on certification and transfer of securities. Chapter 2 deals with evidencing and transfer of title to securities without written instrument.
