The management of vulnerabilities in relationships and the role of incentives, especially in relation to the essential virtue of loyalty, are common to all organizations, communities and companies. We enter the values-based organizations (VBOs) territory, to see what specific aspects the motivations of their members take on in these special organizations born from ideals, how to keep the most motivated people, who are generally the first to complain and threaten to leave when they perceive that the ideals of the organization have deteriorated, also as a result of decisions made by managers who, focus on efficiency, oblivious to values ​​and identities.
