ABSTRACT
Since its creation by Klein in 1946, the concept of projective identification has caused a lot of ink to flow. This chapter aims to assess the scale of the revolution that it represents in the world of utilisable concepts in an attempt to approach the state of normality as well as the pathologies of this moving and dynamic reality that is the human psyche in relation to its external and internal reality.
