ABSTRACT

In this chapter, the author leads sessions where she knows all the participants but they don't know each other. However, with Theory of Attachment-Based Exploratory Interest Sharing (TABEIS) she was more aware than usual that she could be seen as one of the leaders' of the programme rather than a participant herself. Programme of events using a model which will help people tune in to relational and situational aspects of coming to work. It helps explain the interactions which take place, the situations people can find themself in, and why they might have developed that way. The TABEIS programme helped to plot the timeline of events which can transform a desire to help others into dominant caregiving behaviours. The programme has helped to know the difference between ineffective and effective careseeking. The success of this group actively involves all the systems, we careseek and caregive to each other.
