ABSTRACT

Enterprises select their employees increasingly less on training and more and more on the skills they bring with them. Cognitive skills can always be learned later. With Talent Branding, young talent can look at themselves in a different way and also communicate about themselves to others in a different way. In this way, someone can distinguish himself from others and communicate this in the correct way. Talent Branding comprises an action plan in ten steps. The person takes themself as the starting point, listens to where he or she thinks his or her passion lies and what they want themselves. The functional skills can also be learned by others. Enterprises select on more than just these skills. With the aid of the brand template inventory, any person can map out his or her skills, traits and characteristics and profile themselves such that he or she makes use of their own strengths and training.
