ABSTRACT
Chapter 5 reviewed the evolution of the Law Commission’s approach on insurance warranties in the period up to 2012. This chapter considers the final evolution of the Commission’s thinking, with the publication of their proposals in 2014, culminating in the submission to Parliament of draft legislation that, following amendment, became the Insurance Act 2015.
