ABSTRACT
Several studies support the use of OCEG, which integrates governance, risk management, and compliance to improve effectiveness and efficiency. This study discusses OCEG integration into financial firms to improve principled performance. This is achieved through clearly defined goals and values, identified risks, and effective mechanisms.
