ABSTRACT
On Tuesday, May 6 at 12:10 pm Peter Taylor called the OI Office. He informed Duncan that he wanted his union representative present; however, the representative was in St. Louis and will not be available until Thursday. Duncan told Taylor to arrive with his union representative on Thursday, May 8, at noon.
