ABSTRACT
Is it not true that in any conference there is first an expectation of cooperation in the group, and secondly a requirement that one or more of the members will act in certain kinds of integrative ways? If it is likely that the social climate of the group is going to be good, would it matter very much which member had one of those tasks?
