ABSTRACT
Chapter 4 reviews the background, importance, and characteristics of anticipatory ability resilience capability. Particularly, this chapter focuses on the integral role played by and challenges associated with anticipatory ability resilience capability in business settings. Another real-life business case study is utilized to demonstrate the way in which this capability and related factors can be applied to mitigate the effects of turbulence.
