ABSTRACT
This chapter emphasizes the Sino-U.S. relation, which is important for global governance. It discusses that there should be the construction of a new pattern of relationship between great. And it proposes effective method to construct this new pattern of relationship. To construct this new relationship, the author points out the importance of strengthening mutual trust.
