ABSTRACT
In this chapter the life areas affected due to CSA as outlined in Chapter 1 and clustered as therapeutic themes in Chapter 2 are individually discussed. The clustered therapeutic themes include the following life areas of adult survivors of CSA to be negatively affected: interpersonal relationships; depression and anxiety (mental health); self-esteem; body-concept; substance abuse or addictions; self-destructive behaviour and sexual adjustment.
