ABSTRACT

Mrs. James Consideration to the Lords and Commons; wherein she plainly shews, That the True Church has been, and always will be in danger; and ’tis God Almighty’s Wisdom to have it so to try Her Faith, to manifest His Power in Her Preservation, and to endear Her to Himself: But when that Kingdom comes which Her Lord has taught Her to pray for, then she will be acquitted of these Dangers. My Lords and Gentlemen, and all that are concern’d in this Matter, Have a care what you do, that you don’t bring Judgments upon you, for the Kingdom is ripe for Ruin, and therefore for the Lord’s sake, and for the Queen’s sake, and for the good of your own Souls acquit the Doctor, and say no more about the Matter, least you bring Judgments upon your selves and Kingdom too. I have only given you the Title of the Paper, that I printed, Decemb. 15th 1705, wherein I plainly shew, That the Church is in danger, and always will be, while She is in this Temporal State.
