Feeding Asia in the Twenty-first Century

The challenge of feeding East and Southeast Asia in the new century will be affected by population growth, but more so by rising incomes for the region’s 1.9 billion inhabitants. By 2050 most of those consumers will be able to eat as well as today’s Japanese.
