There lived and dwelt a tsar and he had a servant girl, and the tsar ordered the servant girl to buy a pike. They cooked the pike, the tsar and tsaritsa ate the fish soup, as did the servant girl, and they carried the leftovers away to the bull. The tsaritsa, servant girl, and the bull all got pregnant from the fish soup. The tsaritsa gave birth to Tsarevich Ivan, the servant girl to Ivan the Maiden’s Son, and the bull to Ivan Bykovich Bullson.
