ABSTRACT
The establishment of trusting, sincere relationships with reluctant students is necessary in order for them to thrive in the classroom. This strategy helps to build teacher-student trust through the investment of time and effort on behalf of the teacher. It requires that the teacher invest at least 2 minutes per day for 10 days in a row with the purpose of finding out more about the student.
