The 5-Minute Focus Group

This strategy is similar to what television show producers and politicians do on a regular basis (with perhaps the difference being the sincerity.) The 5-Minute Focus Group allows the teacher to gain valuable insight and feedback from the reluctant student about their perceptions, ideas, and suggestions regarding lessons, instructional strategies, or the classroom environment.
