ABSTRACT

We start by introducing psychosynthesis and its founder Roberto Assagioli. We then explore how psychosynthesis coaching has evolved and look at the developments and applications to the organisational world that have taken place since Assagioli’s day, in particular through the work of Roger Evans and the London Institute, but also through the practice of many organisational practitioners and coaches who have been trained in psychosynthesis. I will describe this work and show how it provides a foundation for further developments.
