ABSTRACT
There is nothing more exhilarating than the feeling you have when you’ve just finished a speech or presentation. It sure beats the hell out of the feeling you have just before you begin it. I’ve made quite a few speeches and presentations in my time and no matter what the subject or audience, I obey five golden rules. I am sure there are many more golden rules, but following these five has always ensured my speeches end with contented applause rather than brickbats.
