ABSTRACT
There are many different subsets of children with UTI and not all require the same imaging management. Among the factors to be considered when deciding whether or not to perform imaging are: fetal US, age, gender, previous medical history, physical signs, voiding dysfunction, renal function and course of the disease under treatment.
