References Intradermal skin test antigens are readily available, having been commonly used for decades to establish the presence of intact cellmediated immunity. Mumps and candida skin test antigens are most commonly used. They serve as positive control tests when used together with purified protein derivative (PPD) skin testing for tuberculosis.
