ABSTRACT
By analyzing the equilibrium state of a foam in relation to its initial state, it is possible to determine, at the outset, which of the above situations arises. In the following sections, we will discuss the equilibrium state in detail and show that by making suitable approximations, it is possible to determine analytically the phase behavior from the initial conditions.
