ABSTRACT
In this paper the concept landscape consume and landscape production are explained firstly. Secondly, it is discussed which chance the abandoned mine land in the mine regions while reclamation has. Then the elements of the landscape reconstruction and development goals of the landscape are outlined and the possibility of the implementation are presented. Finally it is explained with the example out of Ruhr Area that one not only consumes the landscape, but also can produce new landscape.
