ABSTRACT
Shenhua Shendong Coal Co. has followed high production and high efficiency development mood backed by the technological innovation and technology. By using new technology and new technique Shendong Co. has increased its production and upgraded its equipment level. The Co. has kept an annual coal production increase of 10 million tons for 5 consecutive years and also set a couple of nation-wide and world records. The article summarizes the development of the Co. within the past few years, especially the high production and high efficient mood, which has set an example for the coal industry of China.
