This chapter shares a methodological journey. In my research into the perceptions and experiences of nine senior women administrators in four Ghanaian public universities, the focus was on their interactions with their academic colleagues in order to determine their perceptions and experiences of this working relationship. Narrative inquiry was the methodological choice for exploring these perceptions and experiences because of the possibilities it oered in researching the small group of participants.
