ABSTRACT
Modern external challenges that were faced before Ukraine in the energy sector and that are common to most countries is the need to overcome the risks associated with the instability and unpredictability of the situation on world energy markets, rising prices for all kinds of energy at the same time. Under such circumstances, guaranteeing of needs of Ukrainian economy in fuel and energy resources (FER) at reasonable prices for consumers extremely difficult.
